Molony Real Estate, LLC NEWS RELEASES: |
| 06/19/2005 FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Tim Molony and Anna Morgan of Molony Real Estate, in Lodi Wisconsin, are excited to announce their first anniversary! On 19 June 2004, Tim Molony and Anna Morgan had announced the Grand Opening of their Real Estate Company “Molony Real Estate, LLC”. Molony Real Estate is helping to define the practice of “Special/Limited Services” agreements in the Real Estate Industry today. “Why are we unique? We focus on offering uncommon services, on a personal level, at an affordable price.” Tim Molony said. Molony Real Estate fits a special niche in the Lake Wisconsin/Lodi/Wisconsin River area by offering Special Services for value (savings) conscious consumers such as 50+ Lifestyle Clients and First-time Homebuyers. “In other words,” says Tim Molony, “we negotiate every agreement individually with our clients, they have individual circumstances, and because we are not a chain company or a faceless corporation – we can work with our clients as individuals”. “This is what sets us apart from the others, keeping our services focused on the personal interest of our customers. That is why we decided to start our own company – and why we are here today!” Stated Anna Morgan. Tim Molony, a lifelong resident of Lodi Wisconsin, had a serious career change to make after an Industrial accident he had in July of 2000 when he had his back broken. Surgery put two rods in his back and he could no longer depend on his body to make a living. Tim had to change gears. As a youth, Tim grew up riding along with his father Tom Molony while he delivered Fuel Oil to the area residents. Later Tim worked many years in new construction for Residential and Commercial buildings after that he worked forklift and factory maintenance. Because of his knowledge of the area, love of driving, and experience in building and construction, Tim chose the Profession of Real Estate Sales. Tim’s relatives are German (Koch), and Irish (Molony) farmers from the Lodi/Waunakee/Dane area. His Grandfather John “Jay” Molony built the Shamrock restaurant in Okee. When his son, Robert Molony came back from World War II with his bride, Anna “Ann” Molony, they became the owners & operators. The Shamrock was best known for their hospitality and Friday Fish Fries. Tim’s Grandfather John Molony then bought a bar in Lodi and named it Molony’s. At the same time Tim’s Maternal Grandfather John Koch owned and operated a restaurant in Lodi called The Bon Ton, he also owned The Corner Bar in Dane. When Tim’s Grandfather died, Tim’s father, Tom Molony ran Molony’s Bar full time while also working for the State of Wisconsin full time. A few months later, Tim’s Grandfather John Koch took over Molony’s Bar. “It was no wonder Tim’s parents met, it was inevitable”, Anna Morgan said. Thomas Molony (deceased) and Dorothy (Koch) Molony, Tim’s parents grew up and lived in the Waunakee/Lodi area all their lives, promoting service to God, Family and Community. Dorothy Molony, is still very active in the community contributing her time to many groups, and in her “spare time”, she quilts and assists her friends and family. Anna Morgan, a native of Bear Creek Wisconsin, and a University of Wisconsin Graduate, achieved Real Estate success in the Wisconsin Dells area for 10 years where she specialized in Vacation Property and Condominium Sales. Before that, Anna was a Property Manager in Sun Prairie while finishing her UW Degree. “Working in the Rental Industry really enforced my feelings that everyone should own their own home. In the end, I found myself telling rental applicants that by renting they were just flushing their money down the toilet. When you move, you do not get any of that money you paid paid back to you. And we all need a place to live.” “My children were a huge priority as they were growing up, having flexibility to be able to make all of their important recitals, games, appointments and meetings, (because of working 100% commission) meant a lot to me when they were young. Now that they are both grown, I can focus intensely on running our business Molony Real Estate – instead of their lives. There is a lot of continual education in having your own business that is in addition to keeping your professional requirements fulfilled, not to mention the research and personal service to clients” explained Anna Morgan. Being the Granddaughter of Seraphine (Meinholz) and Peter Ziegler, Anna grew up summers, holidays, and weekdays (and then when school started it would be weekends) playing at Grandmas farm on Woodland Drive in Waunakee. Anna visited her cousins in the Ashton/Waunakee/Lodi (Dane & Columbia County) area, while her mother Christina reunited with her sisters, “the Aunties”. Anna’s father Gerald D. Lorge (deceased), a small Village Attorney and son of the Town's Blacksmith in Bear Creek Wisconsin and a Marquette University Law School Graduate, was working in Madison at the Capital Monday through Friday. Anna (Lorge) Morgan’s entire childhood involved being “on the road” from Bear Creek to Madison. Her dad retired from the Wisconsin State Senate after serving 36 years in the Wisconsin State Legislature. “I saw a lot of changes in the land during those 2 ½ hour drives. I remember when I90/94 and Highway 151 were being built. It made the journey less curvy and not as scenic, but we got to “see the Capital” a lot sooner. My Dad always made a point in showing the changes that were occurring to the land, then of course he would finish with one of those "when I was a little boy… stories”. Reminisced Anna Morgan. Continuing a friendship from youth, Tim Molony and Anna Morgan decided to join talents and experience; they announced the birth of Molony Real Estate, LLC on 19 June 2004. “We actually had been working on starting our own business for quite awhile, besides a lot of planning and research, you have to get the Education, Graduate, and obtain your Professional License before you can even start in the Real Estate Business. It is a great commitment and a continual learning process” Tim Molony reflects, “I just wish I would have been in Real Estate a long time ago – But the most regrettable phrase you will ever hear from clients in the Real Estate Business is: ‘I wish I would have, could have, should have… "I guess that is why now I am so passionate about helping people own their own home.” So what does the future hold for Molony Real Estate? “Keeping true to our principals of offering uncommon services on a personal level at an affordable price is our priority. We have confidence in knowing that by keeping this focus we will have a successful business for many years to come” said Anna Morgan. BACK TO PREVIOUS PAGE |
